Orly has been a public speaker since 2007 and is part of the Philadelphia startup community. She is a former lead speaker at the Science Center and has led workshops for organizations such as Venture Café, Rise Up Philly, Philly Startup Leaders, Rev Ithaca, Health Action Council, VIATEC and the Global Innovation Institute (GINI). In 2020, nearly 200 people from around the world attended her webinar: Heroes and Villains at Creative Mornings Global. 

A long-time educator, Orly has lectured at Wharton and taught at Jefferson University, the University of The Arts, the University of Pennsylvania and The Charles D. Close School of Entrepreneurship at Drexel University.

Orly is a popular podcast guest and has been interviewed on more than fifty podcasts including, Brand Talk, Truth, Lies & Workplace Culture, FemCity, BroadBand and the Gildre Spotlight. She has been featured in Medium and has contributed articles for Lioness Magazine, Smart Hustle, The Marketing Journal, SpeakersBase, Small Business Trends and Comcast Business Community. Orly has been featured in the Business Section of The Inquirer and was recognized by the Comcast business community in a podcast celebrating Woman Entrepreneurship Day.
